How to Raise a Complaint with Majorgalore Concrete
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who reaches Majorgalore Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what you can expect from us. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Majorgalore Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If a problem comes up with work at your home, start by talking to the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Majorgalore Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@majorgalore.autos and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
